Stephen provides financial guidance and support to the company. With over 30 years with Interpak he also has extensive experience of ISO9001, 14001 and lean manufacturing. Outside the office Stephen travels extensively.
Keith has more than 20 years’ experience; and always thinks outside the box to bring the most valuable solution to his clients’ requirements. Keith is always happy to discuss how quality presentation packaging can help his customers grow their business. Outside the office Keith has a passion for football in particular St. Mirren FC and will travel the country to follow his team.
Hugh has 20 years’ experience with Interpak having worked his way up through the ranks from finance to purchasing to sales; he creates new sales and assures current customers are taken care of. He is the key point of contact for clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products and has particular experience in the coin and medal industry. Outside the office Hugh is a bit of an entrepreneur, he follows all sectors of sport and enjoys coaching his son’s football team.
Maureen enjoys 40 plus years working at Interpak, she has worked in several departments during this period. Her role within the company is to identify business opportunities and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. Outside the office Maureen has a love for shopping and has been a Brownie leader for the past 32 years.
Kim is responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features, negotiating, and closing sales. Kim has a flair for design and having been a jeweller herself in the past is well placed to advise her clients on the benefits of presentation packaging. Outside Interpak Kim is passionate about all things border terriers, paddle boarding and travelling.
Catherine is Interpak’s in-house sample maker with over 40 years’ experience. She works closely with the factory manager to create and construct prototypes of a desired product to ensure that styles are production friendly allowing customers to experience the full impact of their bespoke packaging before purchase. Catherine also has a role in quality control; she supervises the product quality and inspects consignments on arrival from our Far East suppliers to ensure that all products meet the highest standards. Outside Interpak Catherine enjoys shopping, travelling and walking.
Davie is Interpak’s Factory Manager, he is responsible for all activities of the factory. He manages the day-to-day operations on the plant floor while increasing production. Davie’s role is to manage scheduling, oversee daily operating reports, enforces quality control standards and ensures continuous process improvement. Davie likes to wind down after a week at work hill walking and also enjoys socialising.
John is Interpak’s Engineer with over 30 years’ experience. He is responsible for making the precision tooling for the factory which is then used in the manufacturing process to make products. John also has experience in ISO 9001 and 14001 management.
